In today’s world, more and more companies are moving toward virtual estimates and screen-based consultations. While technology has its place, we believe some things are better handled in person.
When it comes to your property, your investment, and the details that matter — nothing replaces real people walking the site with you.
Every property is different. Slopes, drainage, setbacks, property lines, soil conditions — these aren’t clear through photos or satellite views. Being on site allows us to evaluate the full picture before making recommendations.
Meeting face to face allows us to answer questions clearly, walk through layout options together, and make sure expectations are aligned from the start. There’s less confusion, fewer assumptions, and a smoother process overall.
Not a fan of surprises? Neither are we. Taking the time to be present before installation helps prevent issues later. From zoning requirements to material staging and access points, in-person planning helps ensure the installation goes the way it should.

"Prime Fencing is amazing. Getting a new fence is a substantial investment and one that I’ve put off for years. But from the outset, I knew I was in good hands. They are a more local company, but since they’re affiliated with Lowe’s, I was able to take advantage of financing options.
They actually performed an on site estimate, not some overhead drone rough idea. But most importantly, the communication was exceptional. They kept me updated every step of the way. The installation was flawless, it was better than my sometimes unrealistic expectations.
Thanks for an exceptional job. I cannot recommend them enough."
Technology can be helpful for scheduling and communication, and we use it where it makes sense. But when it comes to evaluating your property and planning your fence, we prefer to put eyes on it.
